The Country consists of wooded flat and rolling terrain along with open farmed fields. Counties include New Kent, Hanover, King William and western King and Queen. Parcel sizes (10 in total) range in size from 500 to 2,800 acres. Footing is sandy with hills, most is hunted on farmed river property
