History of the Hunt

History:	The Hunt was founded in 1988 with draft hounds from the Readyfield and Wootton Hall packs. Following Michael J Lucas's retirement in 1995, the Hunt became a subscription pack with the hounds owned by trustees and run by a committee. Hounds hunt the clean boot and are followed mounted. Field size is restricted. In May 2001 ownership was taken on by the Tutton family and the Hunt is managed by the Masters and Committee.

The country covers the Warwickshire, Heythrop, Croome & West Warwickshire, Bicester with Whaddon Chase, North Cotswold, Grafton, Cotswold, Pytchley and Worcestershire countries, all hunted by kind permission of the Masters and the farmers living within these countries.
