Established 1957. Recognized 1960. Hounds went out 55 times last season.
The Country is approximately 15 by 30 miles. It is rolling farm country with a significant percentage of heavy woods, streams and creeks along the Upper Patuxent River. Jumps are predominantly coops with some post and rail, stone wall, and natural obstacles. Three fields are accommodated, but a fit horse is required for the first field
