The country consists of approximately 12 square miles North of Durham, 30 square miles in Warren County North Carolina, and 10 square miles in Snow Hill/Alton Virginia, Halifax County. The country is rolling hills, pine and hardwood forests, open grass fields and crop lands, cut over forest with various terrain including rocky and sandy footings. The obstacles include tight woodland trails, river crossing, coops, post and rail fences and natural jumps. All breeds of horses are suitable depending on the field (3) in which you ride.
