History:	The Hunt was established in 1990, being an amalgamation of the Tickham, established in 1775, and the West Street; the latter originating at Worth as a harrier pack before moving to West Street in 1843, and transferring to foxhounds in 1934.

Hunt Country:

The country�s northern portion is bounded by the Medway in the west, includes the Isle of Sheppey, and runs east predominantly north of the M20 to Ashford, Faversham and Canterbury. It then runs east of the Canterbury to Dover railway line, and south of the Alkham Valley Road to Capel. Adjoining Hunts: to the west the West Kent; to the south the Ashford Valley and the East Kent.
