I am having problems submitting my paymentTo pay for your subscription to Baily's Hunting Directory, you will need to use a credit/debit card (Visa, Maestro, Solo or Mastercard). First, check that the details that you have entered are typed correctly and that your card is in date. If you are still experiencing problems, please call +44 (0)1223 350555 or email info@bailyshuntingdirectory.com. Where do I find the full Baily's Hunting Directory on the site?To view the contents of the Baily's Hunting Directory, click on the 'Directory' tab. You will need to be a current subscriber to view the full Baily's Hunting Directory. To subscribe, follow the guidance above. Can I pay by cheque?Please pay by credit/debit card if possible. Cheques are accepted from UK customers only. They should be made out to Baily's and posted to Baily's, Chesterton Mill, French's Road, Cambridge CB4 3NP. All payments must be made in pound sterling. With your cheque, please also provide your name, email address, postal address, postcode and telephone number. Please ensure that your email address is valid as your password will be sent to that address. Once your payment has been processed successfully, you will receive an email containing your username and password so that you can log on to the site and start benefiting from your subscription. Can I buy a subscription for someone else?Yes. If you are not already a subscriber yourself, simply click on the 'Subscribe' tab and then on 'Give a subscription' in the left-hand menu. You will need to provide your name, email address, postal address, postcode and telephone number as well as the name, email address, postal address, postcode and telephone number of the recipient, and you will need to specify on what date you would like the recipient's subscription to start. Then follow the onscreen guidance to make your payment. You will receive an email notification that you have given a subscription, and this may include login details for yourself as well. (Note that you will need to pay your own subscription before you yourself can access the full Baily's Hunting Directory.) On the date you have specified, the recipient of the gift will receive an email that includes details of how they log in to the site to start benefiting from the subscription. If you are already a subscriber, simply log on using your username and password and then click on the 'Profile' tab, then on the 'Give a subscription' in the left-hand menu. Log on to the site using the username and password you have received, then click on the advertisement on the front screen entitled 'Subscribe today' or on the 'Profile' tab and then on 'Subscribe to Baily's' link in the left-hand menu. I have forgotten/lost my passwordEnter your email address in the top left-hand corner of the screen and then click on 'forgotten password?' on the right-hand side of the box. A 'Reset password' screen is shown. Enter your email address in the first box and type the security code that is displayed on this screen in the box next to it. Click on the 'Confirm' button. A new password will be sent to the email address you have provided. How do I change my password?Log on to the Web site using your username and password, then click on the 'Profile' tab. Click on 'Change password' in the left-hand menu. Enter your current password and the new password in the boxes on this screen then click on the 'Submit' button. The next screen will confirm that your password has been changed. Remember to make a note of your new password as it will not be shown on subsequent screens. If you cannot remember your current password, log out and then click on 'forgotten password?' on the right-hand side of the box. A 'Reset password' screen is shown. Enter your email address in the first box and type the security code that is displayed on this screen in the box next to it. Click on the 'Confirm' button. A new password will be sent to the email address you have provided. Enter your current email address in the box on this screen, then click on the 'Confirm' button. An email will be sent to that address with further instructions for resetting your username. About Baily'sWhy are you no longer printing the Baily's Hunting Directory?We did not move away from the traditional format of red hardback editions lightly, conscious that Baily's Hunting Directory had been published in that format since 1897. However, we faced the situation that it was no longer financially feasible to publish the Baily's Hunting Directory in printed format. By placing the Directory on a Web site, we can make much more information available to far more people at a fraction of the cost. We very much hope that you enjoy this Web site and find it useful. Printed back issues of Baily's Hunting Directory (from 2007-08 and before) are still available to purchase.
